2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Training / Presentation: How to install El Camino Signage in your Community by National Park Service Personnel and Steven Gonzales, ElCaT Executive Director

3:30 PM - 3:50 PM: Membership Business - Vote on Bylaws Amendments and Slate of Board of Directors
3:50 PM - 4:15 PM: Break and Networking
4:15 PM - 4:45 PM: Dedication of installation of Signage at Apache Pass River Crossing
4:45 PM - 5:00 PM: Viewing of Apache Pass Crossing on San Gabriel River
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Reception with appetizers, cash bar, and networking
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner with Archaeologists Sergio and Melinda Iruegas speaking on Accumulative Landscapes of the Rancheria Grande and El Camino Real in the Provincia de Tejas: A Priority of King Felipe V
SATURDAY (October 12th) All-Day Tour*

9:00 AM: Meet at the County Courthouse in Cameron, park and board bus
- Parking is available in a lot on the south side of the Courthouse, across from the old jail building, at the intersection of S. Fannin and 1st Street
9:45 AM: Arrive at Sugarloaf Mountain (hike to top, listen to speakers Dave Cunningham and Alston Thoms)
12:00 PM: Arrive at Cedar Hill Ranch (bag lunches, restroom break)
1:00 PM: Hike to Rancheria Grande (hike along certified historic segments of El Camino Trail, visit Native American village site and see Baumann artifacts, speaker Steven Gonzales)
3:30 PM: Return to bus and ride to the Mission San Francisco Xavier de los Dolores excavation site
4:00 PM: View the Mission excavation site
4:30 PM: Return to Cameron and view Christopher Talbot's A Photographic Journey of the Trail exhibit at the Milam County Historical Museum. San Xavier Mission Complex artifacts will also be on display and books will be sold
5:00 PM: Tour ends
- You can stay in Cameron and enjoy a "Steak, Stein, and Wine" dinner at 5:00PM with reserved seating for tour participants (through our registration page) and ELCAT members hosted by the Milam County Judge Steve Young. Parking is located at the tax office parking lot at the corner of 1st Street and South Fannin
- Or drive to Apache Pass for dinner
*All tour participants will be required to sign a Liability and Photo Use Waiver prior to taking part in the tour. Copies will be available for signature the morning of the tour and can be viewed in advance here.
